So, you want to perk up your tired skin?

Typically, if I'm in need of some perking up, I'll reach for a cup of coffee, but we aren't talking about that kind of pick-me-up today. I'm talking about spa quality results from the comfort of your own home. Don't get me wrong, I love having a relaxing facial, but I don't have time for that twice a week.  I've partnered with REN skincare to share how I get my skin glowing, in just 10 minutes.

Here's how to lift that dead skin to reveal radiant, healthier, brighter skin.
Start with a good cleanse. Afterwards, I like to put a warm washcloth on my face for a few seconds, to open up my pores.

Using a generous amount, apply Glycol Lactic Radiance Renewal Mask to your face and neck. You'll feel a slight tingling sensation, which is normal. After the 10 minutes is up, gently wipe away the mask with the enclosed cloth. With glycolic acid from pineapple, lactic acid from passion fruit, citric acid from lemon, and tartaric acid from grape, this mask is ideal for reducing acne scarring, sun damage, and the appearance of pores. You need to remove that dead skin to really get the glowing skin you're looking for.

Like any spa facial, you'll end your routine with moisturizing the skin. I really like REN Radiance Perfection Serum before using my moisturizer. Vitamin C helps reduce signs of aging, while correcting your skin tone. Hyaluronic Acid plumps and hydrates your skin, making this serum a really great after mask addition.

Before - looking dry, dull and tired.

After- You can see my skin tone has evened, I'm glowing, and look more radiant.

For me, the proof is in the pudding. We shot these photos moments after I finished using the Glycol Radiance Renewal mask and Radiance Perfection serum. Un-retouched, only slightly edited due to the fact that we have zero natural light in our house. ha ha! You can see the blemish on my cheek is fading away, and just the day before this it was super red.
