Gingham Maxi Dress

Gingham Maxi Dress

Oh man, it already feels like summer here! The humidity has done quite the job on my hair. ha ha! Christopher's mom has been in town, so we decided to show her around one of our favorite places, Palm Beach! On the way into Worth Ave, we stopped by The Four Arts Botanical Gardens. It was so pretty, and reminded me of Brook Green Gardens in South Carolina, except a bit smaller.

I was so happy to have worn this breezy, maxi dress. Perfect for the warmer days, and can easily be taken into night with a pair of wedges. I would of course, add my denim jacket, if it's a bit cooler.

Theres also a shorter dress version to this here, with flutter sleeves, and its as adorable as it sounds! More gingham plaid favorites of mine include - this off shoulder top with tie sleeves, this ruffle one piece swimsuit, this long spaghetti-strap dress, this ruffle-hem dress, or this gingham ball skirt that i'm dying over.

I picked up these cute, woven slides for the summer, and they pair with everything. Plus, they're under $100 and come in three colors. Slides and mules are so popular right now, for good reason. Comfortable, and stylish. I love being able to slip them on and off, at the beach and pool, or even shopping. Am I the only one that has issues in dressing rooms? I feel like it takes me forever! ha ha!
