Can you see my sunburnt chest in these photos? Since moving back, I haven't really had an opportunity to take a day and relax in the sun. One of my favorite things about living in South Florida is definitely the sunshine. It doesn't take long to tan (or burn in my case). I would say that I spent a total of one hour laying-out by the pool, and back in SC I would need an entire week at the beach to look like this! My grandmother has always told me to be careful here. The Florida sunshine is a lot stronger. Needless to say I took her warning too lightly this time around!

I wore this popover shirtdress and tassel sandals today for an afternoon stroll down Las Olas. We had lunch at one of our favorite spots, Roccos Tacos. If you are ever in the area, you've got to order the table side guacamole! I went home stuffed like a sausage from a huge bowl of guac and fajitas.

My dress is going to be on repeat this season. It's the perfect style to easily dress up with a pair of wedges, or dress down with a pair of sandals like I did today. The cotton blend fabric makes it perfect to keep cool in the heat. It also doesn't hurt having a great price point (only $68) and available in petite!
